MONOLITH: Stone and Symbolic Form” is a design exhibition on view at Borusan Sanat, Istanbul, that explores the nature of form in Turkish culture today organized by Design Curator, Gökhan Karakuş. In the exhibition stone monoliths designed by ZOOM TPU and produced by exhibition sponsor Silkar Madencilik/AKDO examine the role of abstraction and symbolism in urban spaces and culture in Turkey. ZOOM TPU designers Atilla Kuzu, Levent Çırpıcı, Deniz Üner and Yunus Emre Kara along with Erdoğan Akbulak, Chairman of Silkar Madencilik/AKDO will speak about the theoretical and production aspects of the exhibition in a panel discussion moderated by Gökhan Karakuş.
